A pair of late 19th century French gilt bronze mounted ebonised and boulle inlaid side cabinets

 

the later veined white marble tops with rounded corners above foliate panelled friezes with applied foliate corner mounts, the fielded foliate inlaid oval panelled doors flanked by female caryatid mounts, the ebonised sides with central figural mounts, the corresponding ebonised plinth bases with shaped aprons on rounded profile bracket feet, all with applied foliate mounts (2)       

Size:
104cm, high, 82cm wide, 42cm deep
Condition:
Both in fair to good condition with old wear, some minor scratches and minor lifting to the brass inlay commensurate with age, both cabinets with locked pushed in doors requiring some attention, one cabinet with a broken marble top a chip with a missing piece and anold restored chip to the left hand side.
