A pink sapphire and diamond heart pendant necklace
the heart pendant with rows of pink sapphires of increasing intensity of colour, with a pavé diamond surround, to a pavé diamond pendant loop, and chain with lobster clasp, all in white precious metal, the pendant stamped 18K and 750, the clasp bearing Italian marks for 18ct white gold (star, 1, AR, 750)
