of globular form, the lid moulded with a flowering finial, the body painted with four cusped oval reserves depicting architectural harbour scenes with boats within gilt and claret boat shaped cartouches, the prow and sterns surmounted with Chinoiserie figures all reserved on a polychrome floral enamelled ground and with claret and gilt tooled rims, royal blue crowned D mark to base
